When I decided that I wanted to sell my home I knew that I wanted to work with Meghan. I had heard people in my area talk about how good she was and I was not disappointed. From the very beginning Meghan performed beyond anything I expected. She presented me with clear, understandable research that she put together, her knowledge of market in Anaheim was impressive and she was always available. It lowered any stress I was having about selling my home. My home turned out to have some difficult restrictions put on it by the city which could have been a disaster but Meghan was relentless in defending my interests and helped get a higher sale price than the city was originally (wrongfully) allowing. I have nothing but praise for her ethics and abilities. I highly recommend Meghan for any Real Estate transaction.
