Meghan is fantastic, and it is obvious to see why she is the #1 ranked realtor in the area! I was relocated overseas for work, and while abroad, Meghan was able to sell our home in less than 2 weeks for over asking price. When we first met, she came well prepared with market insights, comparable homes in the area, and a great plan in terms of selling strategy. The listing photos turned out GREAT, the preparation for the first open house lead to many people showing up, and her negotiation skills as the offers came in (we had multiple) resulted in a great deal for us. She also helped with many small things that a normal agent would not do since we were out of town. Overall, Meghan is honest, straightforward, and fights for her clients. Many agents simply try to get the deal done, even when it results in negatives for their sellers/buyers, but Meghan will fight for the best deal and the best outcome. I would definitely recommend Meghan, and will contact her again in the future.
